About Life Drawing: Felicity Aylieff
Join us for a life drawing workshop inspired by the curvaceous forms of Felicity Aylieff’s large scale ceramics, currently on exhibition in The Weston Gallery. This unique session invites you to sketch a live model alongside the sculptures while the gallery is closed to the public. We will then enjoy time together for a hot drink in The Weston restaurant after the workshop.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or a curious beginner, this workshop offers an intimate exploration of form and mark making. This will be a seated class using drawing boards. All drawing materials for this workshop will be provided. If you would like to bring your own easel, please let us know so that we can set up the space accordingly.
The workshop will be led by Tessa Houghton, a professional artist and life drawing tutor, who will share techniques and insights to help you bring your drawings to life.
