The Weston

Emerging from the hillside on the eastern edge of YSP, The Weston is a beautiful, light-filled space for art, dining and shopping. We welcomed this award-winning addition to YSP’s indoor spaces in 2019. The building is at one with the historic landscape, complete with its natural interior and wild-flower roof.

The Weston is open Tuesday–Sunday and bank holidays. The gallery, restaurant and shop are free to enter without purchasing a ticket.

Free parking is available at the eastern entrance for anyone visiting The Weston Gallery, Restaurant or Shop. If you would also like to explore the rest of YSP's grounds and galleries, you will need to buy a YSP ticket

“At The Weston we were greeted with a calm ambience, delicious food, tasty drinks, brilliant and helpful staff and have been back time and again. It never disappoints and is always a delight.”

The Walk of Art at The Weston

Walk of Art 2 is formed of cast iron plates and builds on the original and immensely popular steel Walk of Art created at YSP's main entrance in 2002.

A total of 10,000 names, set across 200 plates, are needed to complete this ambitious art project. It now forms an extraordinary walkway leading to The Weston.

Be a part of art by placing your name, family name or that of someone special on Walk of Art 2. This wonderful, lasting artwork will be seen and enjoyed at YSP for years to come.
