About Winter Wellness in the Gallery: Meditation
Start your year with calm and clarity and join us this January for a restorative meditation workshop inspired by the transformative beauty of Bharti Kher’s Alchemies exhibition.
As winter invites us to pause and reflect, this workshop offers a gentle space to reconnect with yourself and embrace the stillness of the season. Join Amy, who will guide you through simple mindfulness practices to nurture your inner peace and well-being.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike, this session is designed to be accessible, grounding, and rejuvenating. Experience the meditative power of art and nature, and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for the year ahead.
After our Mediation in the gallery we will have a nourishing breakfast together in the Kitchen Café.
Wear comfy clothes for the session. The session is designed to be experienced lying down, but if this is not suitable you can participate sitting.
