About Journey with the Trees: A Mindfulness Walk at YSP
Join holistic wellness practitioner Amy Charles for a guided mindful walk inspired by the Tony Wade: Keepers of Time exhibition in the YSP Centre.
Designed to foster connection, creativity, and personal wellbeing, we will visit veteran trees in the Park and take part in outdoor meditation and sound bath activities. The session will end at YSP Centre, with a warming, hot drink in the Kitchen Café.
Combining ancestral wisdom, modern science, and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, this session offers participants tools to deepen their connection with nature and themselves.

Damski Czepek translates as ‘lady’s bonnet’, and has a central hood-like form, with snaking ribbons extending out into the landscape. The shape welcomes you in and envelopes you, and echoes some of the eighteenth-century follies across the estate, such as the Shell Grotto. - Event
