From Friday 2 October, enjoy the brand-new evening menu at The Weston Restaurant at YSP.

Our carefully constructed 3-course menu is centred around locally sourced produce. Wherever possible, we work with local growers, producers and farmers, choosing regional and seasonal produce and keeping food miles to a minimum, so what lands on your plate reflects the landscape right outside our windows.

Whether you want to enjoy an elevated evening or celebrate a special occasion, we look forward to welcoming you into the warm glow of The Weston Restaurant this winter. 

Tables are available to ​book between 17.00–20.00 so you can extend your visit to YSP with an early dinner or celebrate a special occasion in the beautiful surroundings of The Weston. Booking is essential. Gift vouchers are available for £25 or £50.
