Exclusively for YSP Patrons and Friends, enjoy a beautifully prepared and crafted five course tasting menu developed by The Weston Head Chef Richard Hartley and his team using locally sourced quality, seasonal ingredients.

We require full payment to secure the booking and all reservations need to be made by the named YSP Friend or Patron. This is non-refundable.
