Visit YSP this February half term
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to YSP this February half term, to spend time with friends and family soaking up art and nature. Look out for snowdrops emerging from the ground, and our resident birds.
There's lots to keep the kids occupied outdoors, like our Sculpture and Nature Hunt, where you can seek out artworks in the landscape together while getting your steps in, and Little Wild Wood where the kids can burn off some energy while you recharge with a coffee from the nearby Coffee Shop. Pick up a tree discovery kit from the Information Desk and take time to get creative and notice the trees found at YSP, before popping into the Visitor Centre to discover artwork by local artist Tony Wade based on the ancient trees in the Park.
Don't let rainy days stop the fun, with exciting exhibitions in our indoor galleries to discover. Drop in to the Imagination Station in the Underground Gallery where you can make your own artworks inspired by Bharti Kher's magical Alchemies exhibition, or take your sketchbook to The Weston and learn more about Elisabeth Frink's sculptures of people and animals.
Delicious food and drink is available as always, across our outlets to eat in or enjoy while you explore.
Kids go FREE and parking is FREE too.
