Group and Club Visits
With 500 acres of beautiful landscape, unique historical features, five indoor galleries, a permanent display of outdoor sculpture, and a changing programme of special exhibitions, YSP makes an ideal location for group visits. Your group can also relax in our restaurants and cafes located throughout the Park and purchase unique gifts at YSP Shop.
Group bookings (10 people or more) are £9.50 per person. Please contact us to discuss your group booking requirements.
Group visits refer to organised leisure travel, clubs and societies. For school, college and university groups, please visit: Teacher-led visits for educational groups.

GROUP TALKS, TOURS AND EVENTS
Fascinating talks and guided tours for all ages, abilities and interests
All tours are subject to availability.
Suitable footwear and clothing are recommended for all outdoor tours. Please note that prices are based on tours taking place during normal opening hours and must be booked and paid for in advance.
Art and Landscape Tour
£150 per tour (max. 30 per tour. Two guides available for groups of 30+)
With the help of our experienced guides, explore the range of outdoor sculpture on display including works by Barbara Hepworth and Henry Moore as well as the Park’s historical features. Approximately one hour.
Curatorial Tours
£200 per tour (max. 30 per tour. Two guides available for groups of 30+)
These specialist tours are led by YSP curators and provide a more detailed insight into the collection and programme. There are a variety of tours and talks available and these can be tailored to suit your specific group interest. Excludes weekends. Approximately one hour.
Curatorial Talk
£350 per talk (max 80 per talk)
This talk is accompanied by a presentation helping you gain inside knowledge of past, current and future artists. Our current and upcoming exhibitions, and the sculptures within the open air.
CATERING FOR GROUPS
Groups can enjoy freshly cooked food at pre-reserved tables in our Kitchen restaurant overlooking the Country Park or pick up a picnic bag to eat while exploring the art outdoors.
