About Yoga and Sound Bath Relaxation: Of the Oak
Join us for an extended mid-week yoga practice in the Chapel, softly lit by the majestic Of the Oak installation. We’ll move through a grounding practice that connects us to the earth and invites us to look inward. The session will include active restorative work, a Yoga Nidra practice, and a deep relaxation accompanied by soothing sound vibrations.
Afterwards, gather together for a delicious and nourishing breakfast of pastries, granola, yoghurt and warm drinks.
This yoga session is suitable for all, including beginners. Options will be given so that participants can practice in a way that is appropriate to them. If you are new to the practice and are currently working with injuries or medical conditions, do seek the advice of your health practitioner before signing up. Please note that yoga is usually contra-indicated for people in their first trimester of pregnancy.
Sound Healing is classed as a low-risk activity. To ensure sessions are safe we do recommend not to attend if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy or if you have conditions such as epilepsy or unmanaged mental health challenges. Please note if you have had recent surgery, broken bones or have metal implants in your body you may feel sensations in those areas.
Event tickets allow access to the Park for the rest of the day.
