About Yoga and Sound Bath Relaxation: Hold to This Earth
Join us for a yoga practice in the Underground Gallery, surrounded by inspirational artworks from Hold to This Earth. Enjoy a breath-led, physical practice followed by a deep relaxation session, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound. Gather together afterwards for a delicious, nourishing breakfast of pastries, granola, yoghurt and warm drinks.
This workshop is suitable for all, including beginners. Options will be given so that participants can practice in a way that is appropriate to them. If you are new to the practice and are currently working with injuries or medical conditions, do seek the advice of your health practitioner before signing up. Please note that yoga and sound baths are usually contra-indicated for people in their first trimester of pregnancy.
Tickets include your yoga session and breakfast. You will also receive admission to YSP for the day so you can explore the Park and galleries after the session. Please bring your own yoga mat and come dressed ready for the session as we do not have dedicated changing facilities. If you have any dietary requirements, please email learning@ysp.org.uk.
