About Bharti Kher Life Drawing
Join us for a one-of-a-kind life drawing workshop inspired by Bharti Kher’s powerful Six Women sculpture. This unique session invites you to sketch a live model alongside this sculpture for the first hour while the gallery is closed. We will then walk up to The Kitchen Café for a break and a hot drink, before returning to the gallery to work directly from the sculpture.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or a curious beginner, this workshop offers an intimate exploration of form and mark making. This will be a seated class using drawing boards. You may bring your own easel, please let us know if you are as we will set up room for this. All drawing materials provided.
Expert guidance will be offered by Tessa Houghton, professional artist and life drawing tutor, who will share techniques and insights to help you bring your drawings to life.
