We are looking for an Assistant Front of House Manage to support The Weston Manager and Deputy Front of House Manager in the day-to-day operation of The Weston Restaurant.

This extremely hands on role demands efficient communication, organisation and planning to deliver a high level of visitor experience and hospitality service in the Weston Restaurant, through leading and motivating the Restaurant Front of House team.
