Inspire fresh thinking in extraordinary surroundings

Escape the usual boardroom and host your next meeting in the heart of Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Set within 500 acres of historic landscape and world-class art, our unique venue offers a breath of fresh air for your team. All delegates enjoy complimentary entry to the Park and free parking.

Located on the ground floor of the award-winning YSP Centre, the Roger Evans Auditorium is a bright, flexible space designed to encourage creativity and focus. Accommodating up to 60 delegates, it can be arranged to suit your needs, whether theatre style, cabaret or boardroom. The space is fully equipped with AV facilities, complimentary WiFi, and a projector.

For smaller meetings, or as an ideal breakout space, the adjacent Boardroom seats up to 12 and opens onto a private courtyard. It offers plenty of natural light and a calm setting for focused discussion. The two spaces can also be combined to host events for up to 80 delegates.

Lunch can be enjoyed at either of our on-site restaurants, The Kitchen Café or The Weston, both available for exclusive evening hire. Each offers exceptional menus and impressive views across the parkland.

Weddings

Yorkshire Sculpture Park is an inspirational backdrop for weddings and civil ceremonies. Our dedicated team will guide you through every step to bring your vision to life. We can adapt our licensed auditorium for intimate gatherings of 30 or larger celebrations of up to 80, and dress it in any style. Ceremonies are available from 4pm, and the entire YSP Centre can be all yours for the evening.

Treat your guests to drinks and canapés on our beautiful 18th-century terrace. Follow that with contemporary fine dining in The Kitchen, with a balcony overlooking the rolling landscape. We’ll craft your menu using the finest local produce, and stock our bar with excellent wines, local beers and spirits.

Roger Evans Auditorium

Tucked away from view on the ground floor of YSP Centre, our auditorium is easy for all to access. The light and airy room is a blank canvas to decorate in your choice of theme. Along with the adjoining boardroom it seats up to 80.

The Kitchen

Our first-floor restaurant is a refreshing space, with delicious locally sourced meals and incredible views. It can be hired in the evening for up to 80 guests.

The Weston

At the eastern entrance to YSP, The Weston is the latest addition to YSP’s spaces, opened in 2019. Its light-filled, Scandinavian-inspired restaurant boasts a wood burning stove, open kitchen and terrace. The Weston is available for bespoke out-of-hours hire for up to 60 guests, and has a private car park.

Experiences

We offer a range of exclusive, utterly unique experiences. Enjoy a private sunrise or sunset for up to 20 guests in the James Turrell Deer Shelter Skyspace, or take a Land Rover tour of the historic Bretton Estate.
