Dr John Dunning is Principal Lecturer in Hospitality Management & Employer Engagement, Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University, and for several years has brought students to YSP. John has also delivered a food and beverage workshop at YSP. He has a lifetime of experience in Hospitality Management, having worked in various countries, and this also includes managing training and developing consultancy services for Gordon Ramsay Holdings. John is committed to developing potential in young people.
