We are looking for a Visitor Experience Team Member to join our dedicated team.

YSP prides itself on its visitor welcome and welcome, information and orientation are extremely important elements of the YSP visitor experience role. You will make a valuable contribution in providing an outstanding experience for all visitors to YSP. This is a varied and dynamic role, working in areas that involve selling admissions tickets, indoor and outdoor invigilation, information desk, and outdoor operations, including car parking. You will enjoy actively engaging with members of the public with a view to enrich their experience whilst at YSP. You will help to support visitor understanding that YSP is a charity, being confident selling admissions tickets, actively promoting Gift Aid. You will also take great care in ensuring the security, and maintenance of sculpture on a daily basis.
