Do you enjoy working with a wide range of people? Are you passionate about enabling people to learn more about art? Our Learning team is looking for a Learning Programme Coordinator to oversee administration and coordination of the YSP Learning Programme.

YSP Learning welcomes 40,000 participants each year across the Formal and Informal Learning Programmes and this role will support the YSP Learning Department in the planning, organisation and delivery of the whole Learning programme. The team works to ensure all activities are socially, physically, emotionally and intellectually inclusive. This role requires someone who has an interest in working with diverse audiences, including schools, colleges, educators, family audiences, community groups, young people, adult learners and volunteers.

This role will also contribute creatively to the development of the wider Learning offer, supporting the Learning team to develop efficient administration systems, coordinating resources and supporting the delivery of activity when required. The role will also function as a key point of contact for joint events programming with the Curatorial team.

Joining the Learning Team at YSP you will be involved in coordinating and administering activities for families, school and college students and community groups. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritise workloads together with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude is essential. An interest in learning about contemporary art, artistic processes, art education, community engagement and creative approaches for learning would also be beneficial. An enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of this team is key.
