We are looking for an Information Desk Supervisor to provide an outstanding welcome experience for all visitors to YSP.
The Information Desk Supervisor is be responsible for ensuring an exceptionally high standard of customer service is always provided whilst ensuring efficient and proactive management of the information desk and associated responsibilities.
You will enjoy actively engaging with members of the public with a view to enrich their experience whilst at YSP. As the public face of YSP you will relish the opportunity to enhance the visitor experience by giving clear guidance to visitors, including the rationale behind decisions where appropriate, whilst supporting the artistic programme, learning and landscape activities of YSP. You will help to support visitor understanding that YSP is a charity, being confident selling admissions tickets, Friends memberships and actively promoting Gift Aid.
