YSP’s Hospitality, Conference and Events Co-ordinator is responsible for the programming, planning and co-ordination of the organisation’s diverse portfolio of commercial events. In 2023/24 this totalled 366 hires, including B2B, social events and weddings. In addition, this role also supports the curatorial department with events, exhibition opening and hospitality in line with YSP’s artistic programme.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Co-ordinator, with experience gained from working in a fast paced, commercial environment, delivering consistent excellent standards and financial targets. They will have confidence working alone and as part of the team and demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. In this challenging role, the post holder will be tasked with developing YSP’s hospitality and event business, creating and introducing new ideas and offering to maximise the potential of YSPs fabulous landscape and event spaces. This a hands-on role requiring confidence when liaising with clients, meeting and greeting, networking, and building partnerships.
